What books should I donate?

HOW TO SELECT BOOKS TO DONATE

Three little free libraries have been launched on Syracuse’s Near Westside.  Located on Gifford, Tully and Otisco streets, these structures allow community members to “take a book” that they can read on the bus, at home, with family, or by themselves.  We encourage people to “return a book”, while recognizing that some books will find a permanent, caring home in the community.

If you have a small number of books you would like to donate, feel free to stop by one of our locations and add them to the collection yourself!

If you have a larger number of books to donate, please contact Maarten Jacobs (mjacob01@syr.edu).

Not sure which books to donate? Make sure your donations fall into one of the genres outlined in this chart.
